Is it written in the Bible that all prayers will be answered?

Is it written in the Bible that all prayers will be answered immediately?

Did Jesus heal everyone in Israel?

Did Paul or the Apostles heal everyone, everywhere they went?

Did Jesus resurrect everyone who died in Israel?

Did the Apostles resurrect everyone who died?

Did any of the Apostles live forever since they can heal and resurrect each other?

He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him. (Matthew 27:42)

And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. (Matthew 4:3)  But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Matthew 4:4)
 

And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. (Matthew 4:6) Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. (Matthew 4:7)
